Though the name chickpea includes the word pea, it shares little resemblance to the typical green pea. To prepare, simply soak our organic chickpeas for at least 3-4 hours, or ideally overnight. The longer you soak them, the quicker they cook. Once theyre al dente, theyre ready to be enjoyed!
